refreshing beverages.
Our chef will start the event with a fun and interactive lesson of cooking
tricks and techniques to prepare you to tackle your recipes. Teams are
created, assigned recipes and the frivolity starts as the cooking begins.

Our Chef:
Executive
Chef Mick Dimas
Chef Mick is the Executive Chef of the Mountain
Terrace and has been leading cooking parties for many years. His past
experience includes being a lead chef for Parties That Cook, a San
Francisco based cooking class party company. He has led events for
Silicon Valley tech companies, multinational banks, pharmaceutical
companies, venture capital firms, law firms, consulting firms, biotech
companies, construction companies, as well as personal parties.
He has also taught cooking classes at Sur La Table, Kitchen
on Fire and Dacor Kitchen Showrooms. A graduate of Tante Marie’s
Cooking School in San Francisco, Chef Mick has worked in the
kitchen of Incanto, San Francisco,
and numerous Bay Area catering companies.
His infectious sense of humor and love of food creates a fun atmosphere that
lures even the most reluctant cooks to the chopping board.
