Terri Shearer is one of the Managing Shareholders and the creative force behind The Mountain Terrace, a premier Bay Area wedding venue nestled in the redwoods of Woodside. With more than 35 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage operations, and project management, Terri brings a unique mix of operational knowledge and genuine hospitality to every celebration. After building her career in luxury hospitality and project management, Terri co-founded The Mountain Terrace in Woodside, California. For more than 25 years, the venue has grown into one of the most sought-after locations for Woodside weddings, Bay Area weddings, and corporate events. Today, Terri’s attention to detail, industry experience, and hands-on approach continue to shape every event at The Mountain Terrace. Her leadership helps ensure that each wedding is seamless, personal, and surrounded by one of the most beautiful natural settings in Northern California.
